Machine Details
The Poultry Bio-Security Cremation Unit is designed and manufactured specifically for waste and disease control within the Poultry Industry.
The unit virtually eliminates traffic movements in and around the property associated with contract waste removal systems.
In turn, this eliminates the potential for disease spreading. It also alleviates the need to wash down these vehicles twice per trip as required by biosecurity control.
The standard model ensures reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Due to high demand, Kleenburn and R & Y are able to supply this model at a very low cost.
The Poultry Bio Security Unit provides a better and cleaner method of disposal, rather than burying in the ground.
- This unit consists of 1 main chamber and lower secondary chamber with a built-in extended burn Flue system.
- 2 LPG fuelled Burners
- Fully Automatic Modulating control
- Painted Enamel finish.
- Gas Supply is Customer responsibility
- Electricity Supply is Customer responsibility
- Transportation and installation is additional
- As temperatures within the unit reach stable levels, the fuel consumption becomes minimal.
- The Unit is rated at 120Kg/hr load
- Current fuel consumption is 1500mju /hr.
- Primary Chamber is set at 750°C
- Secondary Chamber is set at 850°C
- The Unit operates under a negative pressure ensuring operator safety and minimising fume in housing when doors are opened.

- Transport to site, insurance, fuel supply and electrical supply to our control panel main switch.
- Unloading, commissioning on site, government or council requirements/approvals including gas and electrical submissions.

** Manufacturing, delivery, cranage, loading and unloading costs may vary depending on time, season and location.
** Insurance, fuel supply and electrical supply to our control panel main switch are to be supplied by customer.
** Government or council requirements/approvals including gas and electrical submissions are to be organised by customer.
** These costs may vary depending on season, availability, material costs, type of unit or equipment being delivered etc.
** We allow 3 working days for Installation and Commissioning. Any delays beyond our control would be charged at our standard daily rate.
